A company is looking for a Director of Coding Solutions focused on Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational excellence in coding services and manage client relationships
- Lead the implementation of new clients and ensure adherence to coding quality and project guidelines
- Identify best practices and enhance operational workflows for efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in medical coding or value-based care operations, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in payer-side operations and risk-based programs
- Strong understanding of HCC coding practices and regulatory guidelines
- Ability to manage global teams and vendor relationships
