Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead, CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new workflows and automations to enhance sales effectiveness and service quality
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track CRM usage and business performance
- Manage HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and security settings, while troubleshooting CRM issues across departments
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a CRM administrator or operator in a high-volume B2C environment
- Familiarity with HubSpot's SalesHub, ServiceHub, and MarketingHub
- Ability to build workflows and automations for sales and customer interactions
- Technical skills to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
