Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead, CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and launch new workflows and automations to enhance sales effectiveness and service quality
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track CRM usage and business performance
  • Manage HubSpot user accounts, permissions, and security settings, while troubleshooting CRM issues across departments
Required Qualifications
  • Experience as a CRM administrator or operator in a high-volume B2C environment
  • Familiarity with HubSpot's SalesHub, ServiceHub, and MarketingHub
  • Ability to build workflows and automations for sales and customer interactions
  • Technical skills to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
