Job Summary

- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
- Manage and motivate high-performing teams while providing guidance and mentorship
- Establish data quality standards and monitor compliance across GTM functions
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative culture
- Expertise in designing customer-identity workflows and governance controls
- Strong analytical skills using SQL, Python/R, and BI tools
- Experience with enterprise customer data APIs and data governance processes
- Ability to lead data incident management and root cause analysis processes
