Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering Development Programs - Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage facilities operations programs, including Building Operating Systems and maintenance strategies
- Act as a key client contact and trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering presentations on Technical Services
- Lead the development of a high-performing team with succession and growth plans
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in facilities engineering management
- Experience with Labs Facilities operations and Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including effective change management
- Proficiency in Corrigo CMMS and Google Tools
