Required Qualifications

• A Master's degree in instructional design, learning sciences, or a related field; a doctorate is preferred
• 7+ years of experience in digital teaching and learning in higher education with leadership roles
• Demonstrated ability to apply adult-centered pedagogy and innovative learning theories
• Discipline-based experience or expertise in relevant fields
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams in a remote environment
