Director of Solutions Architecture
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Architecture Revenue Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational initiatives and ensure alignment with business partners
- Oversee Fiscal Year Planning activities including headcount, compensation design, and quota setting
- Analyze data to identify root causes and provide insights for business decisions
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or similar fields in SaaS organizations
- Working knowledge of Solution Architecture Strategy and Operations
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience; Master's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in G-Sheets, MS Excel, and G-Slides for presentations
- Experience with Salesforce.com and familiarity with Tableau is a plus
