Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Collection Team for student account balances and payment plans
• Develop and execute strategies to improve revenue recovery and reduce delinquency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and collaborate with various departments to support student financial success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in collections or revenue cycle management, preferably in higher education
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of federal and state collection laws and student financial aid regulations
• Advanced knowledge of student information systems and collections tools
