Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent merchant accounts and negotiate repayment terms
• Track account performance and prepare reports on collections status and resolutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during collections activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a Servicing & Collections function at a Fintech or financial institution
• Prior experience in collections operations for SME products at a bank or fintech
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on improving collection metrics
