Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and manage technician schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Triage and prioritize tech support tickets, assigning them to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate and schedule engineers to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a professional office environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills
  • Experience with service management systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in English, both written and orally
