Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dispute Agent in the Customer Service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze account history to determine the origin of unrecognized or unauthorized transactions
  • Educate cardholders, merchants, and affiliates on dispute filing procedures and pursue refunded charges
  • Act as a point of contact for cardholders and affiliates throughout the dispute resolution process
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 months of experience as a smiONE Call Center CSR
  • Proven ability in problem-solving and caller de-escalations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Bilingual skills preferred
