Dry Utility Estimator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dry Utility Estimator to join their team on a contract basis with potential for contract-to-hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review plans and details, perform take-offs, prepare costings, and write proposals for submission
- Draft and submit questions to clients for clarification on project scope to ensure comprehensive proposals
- Solicit material vendors and subcontractors, confirming all materials and work needed are quoted
Required Qualifications:
- Base building estimating experience, particularly with exterior duct banks
- Data center experience is highly preferred
- Basic math skills with knowledge of material types and labor/equipment resources
- Understanding of production-based bidding is mandatory
