Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHS Data Center L&D Director (PT-to-Full-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Define a Learning Strategy and manage related budgets to enhance EHS training programs
• Conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities in EHS training and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and update learning assets supporting global data center operations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in EHS learning and development or instructional design in a high-risk environment
• Strong knowledge of global EHS regulations and industry best practices
• Experience conducting gap analyses and implementing compliance training solutions
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working alongside project managers and compliance professionals
