Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Project Manager to support their Learning & Development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, schedule, and organize logistics for L&D programs and events
  • Coordinate sessions, support breakout rooms, and ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Gather and analyze participant data to implement program improvements based on feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with video conferencing platforms, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated analytic ability for gathering learning feedback and making recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
