Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Learning and Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of L&D specialists and coordinate with external vendors to design and deliver learning solutions
- Oversee the development and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning programs and provide guidance to leaders on L&D issues
- Maintain accurate records related to L&D, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement in training initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design and program management
- Expertise in analyzing learning needs and evaluating training effectiveness
- Ability to interpret and administer training policies and procedures
- Experience in talent management, including performance management and team development
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
