Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of L&D specialists and coordinate with external vendors to design and deliver learning solutions
  • Oversee the development and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning programs and provide guidance to leaders on L&D issues
  • Maintain accurate records related to L&D, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement in training initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in instructional design and program management
  • Expertise in analyzing learning needs and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Ability to interpret and administer training policies and procedures
  • Experience in talent management, including performance management and team development
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
