Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Support Manager to oversee the Support Portal and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day support operational activities and ticket management
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and risk mitigation activities
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with LOS systems and understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience as a LOS System Administrator
  • Previous management experience required
  • Experience with data reporting tools, such as Salesforce or Tableau, preferred
