Job Summary
A company is looking for an Encompass Support Manager to oversee the Support Portal and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day support operational activities and ticket management
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and risk mitigation activities
- Recruit, train, and develop team members while promoting a customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with LOS systems and understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience as a LOS System Administrator
- Previous management experience required
- Experience with data reporting tools, such as Salesforce or Tableau, preferred
