Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Director to lead multiple engineering teams focused on building and scaling AI-powered products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical strategy and vision in partnership with Product leadership
- Lead high-performing engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of scalable software solutions
- Collaborate with Data Science leadership to translate research into production-grade systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Ph.D. a plus)
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years leading multiple engineering teams
- Prior experience in the ad tech ecosystem or similar high-performance domains
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI/ML-driven products at scale
- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including system architecture and cloud infrastructure
