Job Summary

A software company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Engineering Director.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple teams of Software Developers working on projects across product portfolio
Prioritize and manage engineering projects from the requirement gathering phase to general availability (GA)
Review design, architecture, and code of assigned engineering projects

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
3 to 5+ years of experience directing, developing, and motivating technical teams
5 to 7+ years of experience in software development roles
Familiarity with a variety of development methodologies, including Agile
