Enrollment Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Enrollment Operations Manager to lead enrollment strategies for a growing payer organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enrollment processes for group and individual/family plans, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Build and manage an enrollment team, establishing operational procedures and training programs
• Monitor enrollment metrics and manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring accurate processing of enrollment transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing group enrollment processes and 2 years in Individual/Family Plan enrollment
• At least 2 years of experience in member/provider call center operations
• Proven track record in healthcare operations, preferably with health plan or CAPS products
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and enrollment management systems
