Export and Trade Sanctions Compliance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Export and Trade Sanctions Compliance Manager in Risk Assessment and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and communicate regulatory changes that impact the company's products, services, and business activities
- Develop and execute company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct compliance assessments, identify areas of potential improvement, and provide updates for periodic reports
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, criminal justice, law, or equivalent
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance areas such as banking regulations, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, or trade sanctions
- Ability to follow and conduct a compliance monitoring program
- Experience in Sanctions, AML/BSA operations, regulations, and technologies is a plus
- CAMS or CGSS certifications are a plus
