Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Operations Trainer to facilitate and implement training initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, IT, and Market leadership to support training initiatives
  • Facilitate various training sessions using multiple mediums, ensuring comprehension and retention of key topics
  • Evaluate training programs through participant feedback and manage state training requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Management or Communications preferred
  • Three to five years of experience as a training coordinator or facilitator
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and presentation modalities
  • Knowledge of various educational techniques for both virtual and in-person training
  • Previous experience in the homecare setting is a plus
