Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Operations Trainer to facilitate and implement training initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, IT, and Market leadership to support training initiatives
- Facilitate various training sessions using multiple mediums, ensuring comprehension and retention of key topics
- Evaluate training programs through participant feedback and manage state training requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Management or Communications preferred
- Three to five years of experience as a training coordinator or facilitator
- Experience with e-learning platforms and presentation modalities
- Knowledge of various educational techniques for both virtual and in-person training
- Previous experience in the homecare setting is a plus
