Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Finance/Controller to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Experience in managing and leading finance teams
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or applicable experience
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including Netsuite and Quickbooks Enterprise
