Finance Controller VP
Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Finance/Controller to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and analysis, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership and partner with the executive team to develop and execute financial strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive profitability
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience in managing and leading finance teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or applicable experience
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including Netsuite and Quickbooks Enterprise
