Financial Controller
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Controller with a strong background in US GAAP accounting and financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to assist in decision-making and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and establish robust internal controls
- Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, streamline financial processes, and identify opportunities for automation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience in a SAAS or technology-driven environment
- Expertise in US GAAP as it relates to Payment Processing and SaaS companies
- Experience managing multiple international entities and audit and tax compliance
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance
