Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to assist customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, coverage, rates, and billing issues
  • Share expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage
  • Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
  • Property & Casualty license required for sales roles; training provided for obtaining the license
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Must have a designated workspace and high-speed internet for remote work
