Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Associate - Fraud Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from cardholders and financial institutions regarding fraud claims
  • Determine the reason for calls related to merchant fraud and dispute issues
  • Handle customer escalations and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • At least one year of call center customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call environment
  • PC knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Reliable with a solid attendance record and performance reviews
