Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Associate - Fraud Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from cardholders and financial institutions regarding fraud claims
- Determine the reason for calls related to merchant fraud and dispute issues
- Handle customer escalations and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education/experience
- At least one year of call center customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced inbound call environment
- PC knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Reliable with a solid attendance record and performance reviews
