Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fraud Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action daily applications pended into the fraud queue and review cases per procedures
  • Drive improved performance on established Fraud KPIs to reduce fraud loss while enhancing customer experience
  • Provide feedback on trends and observations from reviewed cases to enhance fraud defenses
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in fraud operations, particularly with credit product applications and card transaction fraud management
  • Deep knowledge of fraud management principles and operations
  • Strong understanding of industry-leading fraud solutions from third parties
  • Experience in managing fraud operations in a mobile environment is highly desired
  • Familiarity with KYC & KYB onboarding processes is preferred
