A company is looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates aligned with the company's values and mission
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-to-Market teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology company
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve hiring goals
- Must be legally authorized to work and live in the United States
