Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:
  • Own full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing qualified candidates aligned with the company's values and mission
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
  • Provide a great candidate experience through effective communication and consistent follow-through
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Go-to-Market teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth technology company
  • Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve hiring goals
  • Must be legally authorized to work and live in the United States
