Job Summary

A company is looking for a Governance Regulatory and Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and operate effective governance and regulatory management framework at regional level
• Manage certification and compliance programs relevant for the region
• Provide assurance on operating effectiveness of controls

Required Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in audit, risk, internal control, compliance in a regulated company
• Exposure to global, multicultural working environment
• Understanding of software, hosting, and financial services industry
• Project management skills with demonstrated exposure to handle global programs
• Strong hands-on experience with obtaining/maintaining various certifications/attestations
