Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Operations Manager to oversee systems and processes that drive B2C growth across marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead marketing sprint planning and daily operations across sales and marketing
- Monitor sales performance and maintain feedback loops to optimize lead quality
- Translate strategy into project plans with KPIs and manage cross-functional alignment
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue performance roles
- Deep technical fluency with AI-enabled sales and marketing technology
- Strong experience in cross-functional leadership and systems optimization
- Solid understanding of B2C funnel metrics such as CAC and LTV
- Experience in managing or supporting inside sales/telemarketing teams
