Growth Strategy and Analytics Financial Analyst
Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Growth Strategy and Analytics Financial Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
- Aggregate and analyze physician practices' historical financial and revenue cycle performance for incoming physician practices
- Utilize and maintain the models that calculate the fees our care centers pay on a monthly basis
- Acquire financial data from legacy practice management systems for conversion into PMG
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in audit, consulting or a healthcare quantitative field
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and apply critical decision making with constantly shifting priorities
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, both internally and externally
