GTM Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage analytical skills to create actionable reporting and dashboards for key GTM metrics
- Own and optimize GTM systems, primarily Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and effective workflows
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and support GTM growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops in a high-growth startup environment
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience; certification is a plus
- Strong project management and process design/redesign background
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools
- Experience with territory planning, variable compensation, and forecasting
