Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst to support the Workday HR Systems and compensation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Workday Compensation capability area and assist with HCM Core, Staffing/Onboarding, Benefits, Talent/Performance Management, Recruiting, and Learning
  • Collaborate with the Compensation/Total Rewards Team to design and deploy complex global merit, bonus, and stock cycles in Workday
  • Conduct requirements analysis, solutions design, and support postproduction migration of functional modifications to Workday and other HR systems
Required Qualifications
  • BA degree and 8+ years of relevant compensation experience; Workday knowledge/configuration experience preferred
  • Experience supporting merit cycles as a business analyst/project manager with advanced compensation designs
  • 3+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Workday, particularly in Advanced Compensation and Core Compensation modules
  • Additional experience in Workday Performance, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and/or HCM modules is beneficial
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
