Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze HR data to report on key metrics and trends
- Develop and deliver strategic HR reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements
- Provide training on analytical techniques and act as a consultant for HR Business Partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics)
- Four years of experience in a business analyst or HR functional role (or two years with a Master's degree)
- Expertise in building reports and performing advanced analyses using multiple data sources
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS)
- Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
