Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to join their Consumer Direct team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loan files from initial application to funding, ensuring timely and accurate packaging
- Review loan applications and gather necessary documents to support the loan approval process
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company and investor policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mortgage Processing, specifically in Purchase and Jumbo loans
- Strong working knowledge of Encompass and familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Proficiency with DU and LP, FHA Connection, and VA Portal
- Adept at calculating income from salaried and self-employed borrowers
