Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide best practices, recommendations, and guidance to achieve the client's ideal future state
• Lead workshops with the client to identify pain points and define an ideal future state for the client's deployment
• Perform platform configurations, maintain knowledge of LumApps products, and resolve issues for both internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in a SaaS implementation role
• Knowledge of best practices for implementations and project management skills
• Consultative skills and a desire to help customers succeed
• Experience working with digital workplace technologies and content management systems
• Previous experience with data migration projects and platform administration knowledge
