A company is looking for an Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the onboarding process and integrate BrightHire into their recruitment tech-stack
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, collaborate with customers, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer integration projects and provide technical support during the onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in project management with a proven track record in customer onboarding for enterprise customers in the HR Technology space
- Expertise in recruiting systems and processes, as well as recruiting system integration processes and troubleshooting
- Experience in driving adoption for customer end-users and conducting client training
