Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client/advisor experience during the implementation phase of their plan
- Request and coordinate collection of data from clients and outside professionals
- Act as a liaison between clients, advisors, and platform providers during the implementation phase of the plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and two or more years of 401(k) implementation/onboarding experience or five or more years of 401(k) implementation/onboarding experience
- Ability to manage workload towards weekly goals in a results only environment
- High level of critical thinking
- Coachable and committed to professional development
