Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Response Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and manage incident response engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
- Generate and revise necessary documentation such as Statements of Work and Service Agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources and provide regular updates to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of project management, technical customer service, or related experience
- General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
- Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating high-level customer service in time-sensitive situations
- Familiarity with various operating systems and common digital artifacts
- Understanding of cyber-attack types and trends
