Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Response Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope and manage incident response engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
  • Generate and revise necessary documentation such as Statements of Work and Service Agreements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign resources and provide regular updates to clients throughout the engagement lifecycle


Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 2 years of project management, technical customer service, or related experience
  • General knowledge of the Cyber Incident Response Lifecycle
  • Experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating high-level customer service in time-sensitive situations
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and common digital artifacts
  • Understanding of cyber-attack types and trends
