Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inquiry Resolution Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve patient disputes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with patients, attorneys, and regulatory agencies to address disputed issues effectively
  • Handle identity theft claims and work with various stakeholders to resolve issues identified during investigations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a facility or provider setting
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state laws such as HIPAA, FDCPA, and FCRA
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to lift at least 10 pounds
