IT Business Systems Analyst Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Lead - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the BA team in gathering and documenting customer business requirements and developing efficient business systems
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to recommend improvements and ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements and specifications
- Coordinate projects from development through implementation, ensuring user involvement and managing project status with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related clinical field
- 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry
- Experience with Workers' Compensation or healthcare processes, including coding and claims administration
- Familiarity with advanced IT concepts, service-oriented architecture, and relational databases
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, change management, and SCRUM/Agile processes
