IT Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Customer Service Coordinator for a remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare for customer locations in advance
- Lead meetings with customer site personnel via phone to ensure readiness and successful completion of technical cutovers
- Document, track, and provide updates on deployment progress for each site
Required Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Desire customer service and IT support experience (i.e. help desk functions)
- May consider college degree in IT field in lieu of experience
- Software installation experience
- Basic understanding of Windows 10 operating systems
