IT Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology projects from inception to completion
• Act as the IT liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Facilitate change management strategies for new systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within technology or IT operations
• Experience managing ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project tracking/reporting tools
