IT Program Manager
Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for an IT Program Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and associated deliverables to meet development and business needs
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve program increment goals
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple scrum teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience managing a combination of offshore and onshore teams
- Certified Scrum Master
- Solid technical aptitude
