Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for an IT Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
• Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and associated deliverables to meet development and business needs
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve program increment goals

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple scrum teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience managing a combination of offshore and onshore teams
• Certified Scrum Master
• Solid technical aptitude
