Key Responsibilities
- Maintain database information for budgeting, software compliance, inventory, contracts, and costs
- Respond to data requests from end users, managers, and team members regarding IT Software Asset Management
- Manage renewals for maintenance, support, and upgrade protection to ensure ongoing technical support
Required Qualifications
