IT Technical Writer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Technical Writer for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information about IT solutions, services, and capabilities
- Write clear, concise, and compelling proposal content that addresses specific government contract requirements
- Ensure proposal content aligns with Federal government requirements and review/edit content for quality
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technical Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Technical Writer for Federal government proposals
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, including cybersecurity, cloud computing, software development, network infrastructure, and data analytics
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government contracting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
