IT User Services Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a User Services Specialist to provide end user support for technical and application issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for various IT systems including workstations, applications, and A/V equipment
- Create and manage user accounts and perform Office 365 and network administration
- Open and track service requests, create knowledge base articles, and assist in IT Asset Management
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related role
- Experience with Office 365 Administration and Active Directory
- Familiarity with networking concepts and mobile device management
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
