Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and coordinate with IT teams
  • Implement changes and maintain project documentation for ServiceNow initiatives
  • Mentor junior staff and identify opportunities for system optimization and improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
  • Eight to ten years of relevant work experience in healthcare or technology is required
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and SPM is preferred
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and workflows is necessary
