Learning Experience Facilitator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Facilitator to lead and develop virtual training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and engaging live virtual training sessions
- Facilitate social learning and create opportunities for hands-on practice
- Collaborate with the Customer Education team to improve training offerings
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in live training, webinars, or virtual facilitation
- Experience with instructional design and creating training materials
- Understanding of adult learning theory and its application in training
- Experience designing interactive learning experiences for knowledge retention
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms is a plus
