Learning Solutions Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Learning Solutions Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Learning Solutions Architects in instructional design and learning experience design
• Engage with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training solutions with business objectives
• Oversee the development and execution of innovative learning solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• BA or advanced degree where required
• 8+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in managing and developing teams in a learning environment
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and align learning initiatives with business needs
