Licensed Loan Processor
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support operations teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
- Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing through communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience
- 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
- Experience with Government (FHA/VA) and Conventional loans
- Familiarity with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
