Job Summary
A company is looking for an LPN - Remote Monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accepts and documents verbal orders per policy
- Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling related to health prevention and maintenance
- Accurately completes documentation of assessments and communicates changes in patients' conditions to healthcare staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- One (1) year of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care facility and/or skilled nursing facility - Required
- Graduate of an accredited school for practical nursing - Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification - Required
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) - Required
- Driver's License and Automotive Insurance - Required
